Definitely it's a fake video. We can clearly see both the doctor and the patient are least concerned/serious about the snake removal from a sensitive part like the ear. Probably it can serve as a good demo video in which a dummy baby snake was used. Let's see this video as an educating one. As he narrated well, we should take all care and precautions when we are camping outdoors. But let's us not hate snakes as they are doing yeoman service to the nature and humanity to keep a balance of rat population. Rats are big menace/pest to agriculture and household as well. Most of the snakes are non- venomous. We should know how to identify the venomous snakes and should not be callous with such snakes. At any cost we should never kill snakes due to religious sentiments or otherwise. Nowadays there are many NGO snake rescue teams helping us to save humans from snakes. Thanks for the video. 👍
