I thought you actually have to wear clothes when you do aerial silks so you don’t get silk burn 😐

U do, the first Time i did aerial silks, i wore a top and shorts,i came bine crying all Burnt and had scars🥸

Do all the steps then when it’s time to drop just do the drop slowly and then get more used to it and go faster and faster every time you do it hope that was clear and helps if you still haven’t figured it out!

This video is from a comp called Bend the Air from when they came to Sunshine Coast earlier this year. At the moment they are only touring around Australia but there is another comp called La Folie that do go internationally but I don't know much about them sorry.
