I have -4.75 and -3.5 diopters for my glasses, and I also wear hearing aids because my hearing is 40% reduced. Sometimes it’s a big challenge, but I’ve managed to learn German, write a book, and build a beautiful career step by step. The harder part is when I can’t hear my kids calling me or can’t find where I left my glasses - and if I forget, that’s a real problem. I just hope my memory doesn’t fail me too! 🙏🤣🤣
