This song makes me feel as if the artist is remembering folks who suffered from HIV/AIDS in the early days. It was brutal to go to the ICU and realize a friend of yours was there due to them being very sick. ICU in the morning time..."ICU in the evening time...oh no no no" I wonder if this song is honoring those great people that we lost.....
