@@Nqrgaard when you recorded in vertical format, you showed the product without having to take a wider shot, since the vertical showed everything necessary, in horizontal you would have had to open the angle of the shot and move away from the product you want to show.

Are you sure it’s the right video you are commenting on? The CL220 has a build-in bowens mount and the CL60 has an adapter that is included

You didn’t get a charging cord? There should be a small cord that plugs into USB. Check around 5:40 in the video. If you didn’t get that, I would reach out to the seller or directly to INKEE to provide you with that one. Check the manual if it isn’t shown in there

Sorry I am returning this late. To get the music mode you need to go to the EFF (effects) and find the party mode, right after the TV-mode. Inside the party mode you need to change to Level 5 (rate) Let me know how it works for you? 😊

Thanks for your comment. I haven’t tried the one from Godox, so I am sorry but I can’t compare it and guide you. After two years I still like and use this 90cm softbox. I had to return it within the Amazon warranty, because the glue holding one of the bars wasn’t holding. I think this was a production error. I returned it and ordered the same again, because I like it. I also ordered the 60cm from NiceFoto, which I use in my KZbin studio as a key. The 90cm is just too big for my small basement studio. If I had the ceiling height I would use the 90cm. When I am shooting for clients I always bring my 90cm as key because it gives are more soft light (due to the size) and sometimes the 60cm as hair/rim light. If you are in doubt I know Colbor released some quick release softboxes. I haven’t tried them yet, but I hope I can in the future. I have filmed both unboxing and entire review videos and client projects with this light. Have you only had issues with that bowens mount? What modifier did you add on the adapter?

@@Nqrgaard I am facing issues with all accessories . Initially, I had attached a reflector. I was in the middle of a shoot and didn't notice, but after about 5 minutes, I realized that the reflector had melted badly due to the intense heat, and the locking mechanism of the mount had also broken because of the heat. This made it impossible to remove the mount from the light, and I had to stop the shoot. The next day, I sent the light for repairs, and they replaced the reflector with a new one, assuring me that the light was working perfectly now and that the overheat issue had been resolved. So, I thought everything was fine and decided to try it again, this time using a Bowens mount adapter and a softbox. However, within just 5 minutes of a test run, the Bowens mount adapter also got damaged due to the heat. Zhiyun lights generate a lot of heat, and their accessories are made of plastic, which is why they are melting.

How long you operating it for? Seems rather excessive, maybe you're leaving it on for too long

@@finality4795 I had turned on the light for not more than 5-10 minutes, and during that time, smoke started coming out. Even when the light was fixed, the same issue persisted. Finally, the company replaced the entire unit. I don't know what the problem was, but it was quite weird. However, now it has been a considerable amount of time, and I am happy with the light

I would think there is a production error in that light. I never had any issues

Yes it makes the setup very easy and small, but you are of course limited to about 2 hours, if you don’t plug in the DC power. For smaller shoots or when you don’t have wall power it is really great with an internal battery.

That’s a good question. You will need the adapter from lightning to mini Jack to plug it into your iPhone, but I actually don’t know if it can be used. It should be possible. You can also record with your computer

I am not quite sure I understand. Any chance you could send a small video. I haven’t got any issues with my monitor. I am playing around with the settings to try to find a better exposure. When I compare to my other monitors I think it is a little too bright. I haven’t found the right setting yet.

@@Nqrgaard thing is that when i reproduce the recorded video, i can only see it in the same V5 monitor, but it will not play in the other monitor i have connected through the HDMI port.

@@PerroLandaeta I think I understood your question now. The playback on the V5 monitor will only be visible on that monitor. It is not necessary to see it on another monitor, normally. I believe the HDMI OUT is a pass through, so it will not reflect the V5 monitor l, but what’s transmitted from the camera. This is general for all monitors. Also you don’t want to see the information from the V5 monitor on another monitor. Why do you want to display the playback from V5 on another monitor?

@@Nqrgaard mm well yeah if i want to send playback to my client's monitor i will need it. connect a transmitter to the hdmi out and send signal to them. so i can review the shot with them while the camera is changing position or if the camera is in a very high place like a crane. i guess i will mess a little bit with the firmware to try and change that. thanks for the response!

If your light source has a bowens mount, then you can use this softbox. Bowens mount is an industry standard when it comes to video light. I know some photographer equipment can have smaller mounts, because the lights are smaller in some cases. I believe you can get an adapter from a mount to bowens mount 😊
