Great representatives for the character building program that Bennington High School continues to produce, through a winning mindset.

Consider Ethan Garner from Lincoln East. Should have offers. Surprised how many teams below FBS are clueless

Just reviewed your video regarding avoid getting called for holding. Despite what you may think officials do know what they are doing when it comes to holding calls. Your step 2 is in clear violation of NFHS rule 2.3.2A, which states " In blocking a player may contact an opponents with the arms and hands provided the technique is legal. The legal techniques are as follows" close or cupped hand technique. There is no mention of grabbing a players jersey is legal. Poor advise on your part.

Great video. What are your thoughts on cutting the inside gap versus the outside?

As a 180 center it’s essential when I’m blocking people just shy of two of me like this nose guard that was 6’5” 350

When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men … Jesus says it his self

Are you not continuing your 8 week lineman videos? You had done weeks 1 and 2, but never added any more.

I really liked the video, but being an editor i can confidently say there's a room for improvement like titles are not discoverable, the thumbnails and content could be made more engaging postproduction, if you feel there's something that we can about, then i open to reading your reply)

It is good for athletes to hear this perspective. Perhaps have some videos showing the progression when lineman fire off the ball and engage. Also, show the breathing exercises and distinguish between the Transverse Abdominus exercise (which makes the waist smaller and tense in the end) and the expanding of the belly when the diaphragm drops.

I have a young 13 yr old OL (new to football) 5'8 and 170 lbs. I'm looking at the best ways to to help him and find all the tools to help him be more successful in his chosen sport. I'm not knowledgeable about the sport, so I'm not sure the best way to help.

Coach we are a program on the rebuild. We are a run and shoot Jump set based team. Our run schemes are more combo than true down block and gap. Think Clancy Barone at Wyoming. I woulds like to have my kids join you for the ride.

just a little recommandation: you should put nolan image in fullscreen when the routines starts, so its easier to follow along instead of a smaller part of the screen
