Yeah, from the looks of it, she is putting a very good squeeze on them and I love seeing the progress on this. Definitely need more vore characters that squeeze and churn like this, but I'll happily wait for this edir~

Seeing those reactors so close to each other is a bit hair-raising even if you already have everything under control. I take it Townes, like Alexander, doesn't use his superweapon if no ivory unit is in the list of valid targets his scripts have; like many mod runs I've done. I don't know how to fix that. Another Q: buildable a-10 when?

Fun fact is that, the units ARE in the objectlists of targets, i dunno whats keeping Townes from using the particle cannons. All i did was remove some of the cheap particle cannon attack areas near your base and adjustice the subroutines of the firing scrips for the Pcannons. He DID use his Pcannons ONCE in a run before i made some edits to the map. And i dunno if i actually removed the Pcannon firing scrips in Alexander's map by accident or if i did it intentionally, but they don't attack with them for some reason, and the units of the Specters ARE in the objectlists of targets so... dunno what the game is doing. For the powerplant gripe tho, i did kinda learn that lesson with Alpha Auroras in Alexander's map. Fact is that the build area is so damn small and cramped. And buildable A-10, i need proof of an functioning A-10 as a controllable unit (so i can knick it's code), then again i kinda buffed the A-10 redciously well so, may not be a good idea in the long run.

And given i've given Townes his Laser Ranger, Laser Paladin, and Laser Burton back, this map may be more of a challenge. Hell i gave him a bit broken Laser Pathfinder whom can attack vehicles and aircraft like Burton and Ranger, but omits it's stealth capabilities.

OFS, Remix Escalation and probably shockwave chaos have manual A-10s, to various degrees of power. I think the "cheap p-cannon scripts" are Townes' main superweapon scripts. Also, don't forget his laser comanches! Gotta give him airborne lasers. As for Alexander, her auroras I assume are on Attack Move so you can just distract it with anything, from turrets or spam infantry.

Huh, I thought you were gonna keep using Groundforce since I only used it late in my campaign. Also, instead of fighting through the demotraps, you could've staged the assault earlier by taking on the stinger site near the west end of thrax's base, then place a sneak attack tunnel past all the demo traps. My usual flex for finishing off the opposing general is capturing the last building.

It's just memory of playing through the map multiple times i choose that strategy as a specific subfaction of the specters that i choose the specialforce. You choose them too for this map since they were newly released at the time. And since the ivory specters have like three subfactions built into one faction (plus an future "Vanilla" faction to add to them as a fourth button on the command cube) makes playing the GC more fun since you can have a different "faction" playing for all the maps. Tho i am very partial to the Groundforce Subfaction just because of the unique tanks they have. Also, since the chemical bunkers are now considered tech buildings and provide power, thats the reason why Thrax spams a buncha his forces at you.

Even at unlimited funds, I almost never build my structures so densely. Aside from strike vulnerabilities, I also take pathfinding into account.

I honestly think that building my buildings so densely usually gives my units alot of breathing room to move around in my base, as well as to stage them up and build them up as well. It works goos in most skirmish maps since the base build areas are large enough for this.

Usually depends how close my CC is to my defensive perimeter so i can ususally build my base how i did in the Tank General's level. I ALWAYS build my base like that in skirmish. Just alot of easy muscle-memory.

On the other hand, since you're not rotating your buildings, your units take a few vital seconds longer to reach the frontlines.

@@GuardianTempestWell i ususally have a staging area to ready troops and vehicles before i send them out a flanking exit of my base since i usually heavily turtle up in center. But recently i've been experimenting giving some openings of my base defenses to act as exits for my troops, it's also geography-dependent as well.

At least keep backup power plants in the side just in case. My rally points are either at the very edge or outside my base so I don't have to worry about pathfinding squeezes. And it also helps catch artillery en route. Oh, bug report: flame troops fire at air but because of scatter radius they jist hit the ground fruitlessly. I think.

what I meant was that the export would be ready to use but the war factory only builds vanilla units like a humvee, dragon tank, and scorpion. So the prospecting modder has an easy-plugin base to start from.
