Thank you for all helpfull videos. I'm using EA-37 barcode scanner . It was working fine until 4 months ago when I had to update my quickbook account. Now when I creat Invoice and using my barcode scanner still working fine, until when I want to scan one item twice ,then on quantity instead of showin 2 it shows 9 digit number. As long as it is one quantity there is no problem. But if I scan one item twice it shows large number on quantity section. Do you know what is the problem?

Does the app work with Quickbooks online or only the Desktop version? You mention here that it should work with QB Online, but your website shows only App for QB Desktop.

Would this help with telescoping, do you think telescoping is too much tension or not enough? the other issue is, on rewind its winding onto a core placed into this, so the core might also be slipping. My company has had bad telescoping issue on these printers for over 10 years, no one has ever fixed it.

can you show me the scanner and is it just plugged into your computer - and when you are in the item field of a invoice do you just scan the bar code and it enters it into the item field?

Short version: Turn the yellow knob counter clockwise until it stops. Hold it in place with fingers. Use the other hand to slide the old tape off.The yellow knob allows the tensioning ribs on the cylinder to retract, giving room for the ribbon to move. Have 3 printers having the same error but all those adjustments being made nothing resolve it... One of em switches randomly to thermal transmission even if we use direct thermal... I think that the media sensor is the problem, gonna try swap it from another functional printer...

Would you happen to know whether I’d be able to access QB/Label Connector Remotely but print labels to where I am physically along with the printer at a separate location from our server/QB?

I just cringe every time these printers waste labels. Why can’t somebody design a printer where no labels get wasted. It should be a fully closed loop system where blank labels are not only be fed forward, but backwards as well.

i've been using a ZD421 which i can successfully print (or view the settings you demonstrate) when on the same network as the printer using the local IP address as you show... however, i now need to be able to do this from a remote location. i've tried port forwarding to the local ip of the printer but that doesn't seem to work. do you know if this should be working, or have i just missed something along the way? thanks!!

Thanks for the video. It helped me remove the media sensor to remove a stuck label on a ZT410. Now that I have put everything back together, I'm getting "Head Open Close Head" error. Should I change the head open sensor? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

i have an error ribbon out at 170xi4, but i cant fix it, printer stop with this error even when i try to feed label, the calibration and clean ribbon sensor doesnt help. Maybe problem with this reflective metal plate?

I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. I'll update my review in a couple of months.
