Ha, your setup would be exactly what I'd have on my car if I put on those headers. I already have a Steeda H pipe and active exhaust. Ha!

@BLACKCAT1478 So I'm a bit concerned about being too loud at startup. What was your experience starting up in quiet mode if any? Also did you dyno the car?

@@kevingallardo1012 just needed to make a couple holes for the screws to pass through and a couple new mounting points. Also changed out the push in pins for bolts and nuts on the ends

There was a couple in the front that did not have holes and a couple that was really had to get to because the holes wasn’t lined up exactly. Think I added a couple more towards the outside like under the blinkers and then swapped the plastic push pins for bolts. It really wasn’t that bad took a good hour or so to do it as I really wanted to make sure there wasn’t a bad gap between it and the bumper.

You need to respond to the ticket system. It depends on what system you’re using on how to do it. They also have some videos on their YT page

How much E85 were you using? What mix or was it straight E85? I've been 10.94@126 with my 24, and would like to see how much more the E85 would help. Without a tune, I'm hesitant to run straight E85

Bro do you watch my videos ? I think my previous best was 11.70 and now 11.37 only change was going to e85. If the 1-2 shift would have stuck and it didn’t quick shift to 3rd I think there is another tenth or so in the car…. I might try to find a drag pack and pull the speakers and maybe the seats and see if it will go 10.99 or better….

Not a single issue from the car. Air l intake temps got really high in the staging lanes but runs last lest then a min and made 3 runs then the other group goes then you make 3 more runs so plenty of time for the car to rest.

Can’t read ? Both cars are 10speed autos and technically the Mach 1 comes with the GT350 intake throttle body and cai so it has bolt ons when compared to the GT.

How do you start it in Track Mode? Mine always defaults to normal.

Set up your “My Mode” in there I have it set on track mode. When you remote start it should fire up in “My Mode” now when you hit the start button inside it will go back to normal or quite depending on your quite mode timer. Now does it do it every time? No but 19 out of 20 times it starts in track mode for me….

Exhaust looks like it’s sticks out the back too much. What will happen is when you accelerate hard the exhaust will shift even more to the rear and it will pinch or cut your active exhaust wire harness on driver side. Make sure you check it bro. And adjust exhaust forward. You can cut or trim the h pipe if you need exhaust to move towards engine kore

Yes thanks I have already moved the driver side pipe in some more to where I like them and all the wires have plenty of clearance as I had that problem when I had added the Steeda H-pipe to the factory active. But thanks for looking out ;)

Excellent video. Now we know how ‘Exhaust Mode’ works … 5:03 ‘Quiet’ directs the exhaust through the rear muffler while ‘Track’ largely bypasses it. But what’s happening on a ‘cold start’ ? Is it the same butterfly valve or is there something else going on?

It will start in normal if you hit the button inside the car. Or if you have the timer set for quiet mode. I have a mymode set up and it starts up in track mode unless it’s between 1am-6am then it starts in quiet mode via the remote start.

I have the same exhaust installed last month, not a lot of reviews about it, and didn't want to go Corsa or Borla, as it seems most mustang owners go that route, so I got this instead. Absolutely love it! Good rumbling tone to the car, took me longer than I thought to install, mostly just trying to get the tips set right at the same level and length, because I'm OCD about it. Question, on quiet mode start ups, do you hear a metal flapping noise? kind of like the valve opening and closing rapidly for a bit? wondering if that's normal. Great video.

I haven’t done a cold start in quiet mode on yet. I have mine set to start up in track mode unless it’s between 1am-6am.

I just got a new GT with active exhaust. Does the addition of the H pipe crossover make the exhaust louder? I don’t want the car any louder than it is

You will be cutting off the “suitcase” resonator box so yes you would be making it louder as you are removing a restriction in the flow. But with the active in quite or normal you really won’t notice it any louder just a better sound imo now when opened she will talk a little more but I loved it !! Then once you add the long tubes oh man 🎶🎵to my ears. Check out my other videos for that beautiful sound !!!

I had these put on my 2021 a few weeks ago. Quality was superb and they sound and perform even better! I have mine hooked up to my factory catback exhaust and IMO sounds absolutely perfect. Your car sounds amazing!
