I do that for a living. Re-adjusting shock mounts and re-welding. I use arc welding. Holds up pretty good even when driving spiritedly.

Install a new fender and install it 1" higher

Wow.. you did it about the hardest way possible and came up with the worst result. lol. You should have cut your risers shorter so that you could leave your runners long and stack them on top. Then they would have been one long piece instead of having so many short cuts. Plus the span across the middle is too far. It should have had another runner down the center. I bet you went back and put another runner down the center later.

Sounds like your throttle response needs adjustment. 2 turns out on the air/fuel mix and advance your timing manually until your throttle response is dialed in. A quick up and down is all you need. I see you have the stock Tach so you 'll be golden. Also swap your front brake calipers to a 4cyl. Swift setup with the spindles. Stops a bit better. Have fun bois!

The issues why these aftermarket flywheels come loose is because the manufacturers make the flywheels lighter and the flywheel is thinner in the flywheel bolts section so the oem honda bolts will bottom out in the crank and you will get a torque reading but the flywheel is still not to spec and will vibrate loose.
