I highly recommend taking a guy with you next time you're in a shady area many women tend to underestimate the dangers of the streets until it's too late. I know I probably sound like a dad or something but I tell my mom and sister the same thing. At the very least have a weapon. Minding your business DOES NOT always work especially when it comes to mentally unstable tweakers.
