this is not blow molding..it is about injection molding
@ToolingUSME7 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment and checking out our videos. This video shows the early stage of this type of blow molding, the creation of a parison through extrusion. The parison is then clamped inside a mold and blown air expands it to the final form.

i think workpiece should be attatch to positive terminal of power supply and tool will be negative terminal your concept is not making any sense
@ayanchoudhury8 жыл бұрын
This setup is kept in reverse polarity and so the material removed from the tool will be more than that of the work piece. This is done when you need to machine a very thin layer or to create surface roughness/topography. For example creating surface roughness on a orthopedic implant

and still no one tells me how they get the holes in the middle of an extrusion, a tube for example ...
@Maple_Leaf420697 жыл бұрын
I would like to know that too

Think of a 'C-shape' die, and then the top (the gap int he C) is welded as it exits the extrusion die. One simple way but may not be desired.
@Based_Remy7 жыл бұрын
Mark Mark not every die is the same. at my job, we use what's called a pin tip. hot piece of metal that protrudes outward. as the material flows around the edges of the pin tip, you use compressed air, water, and a plug to keep it inflated with a hole in the middle. make sense?
@Based_Remy7 жыл бұрын
Mark Mark i can explain more if needed. we extrude plastic.
@brandonsims97257 жыл бұрын
there is a process that includes no welding. there is a die set up the displace the center of the material. as if it melds around the die

I joke. I run a haas cnc mill at work all day long and the idea of hand turning parts is about as primitive as the wheel to me lol.

+SME I have the DVD, but it's hardly usable. The problem is, SME will not switch out the DVD with a digital format unless I pay the full price. I paid IP cost once; I don't see the the need to pay it again just to switch the format.
