I absolutely love the structure of this one. The looping melody with every other stanza ending with some variation of “Does this even matter”. It’s a beautiful and pleasant break from the “verse chorus verse chorus bridge (maybe) chorus chorus.” I wish more songs were written like this. It drives its point home in an effective and hypnotic way. Love it, wish more musicians experimented like this.

I feel like singing this song would be pretty challenging, because it's very similar throughout the whole piece. It's kind of like doing 8 to 10 reps of a workout haha

Back in 2013 when I heard Brothers for the first time, I never realized how important this duo would be to me. Ever since then, every song hits a different part of my soul, and I am so so grateful for Kyle and Andy, and the art they share. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Same!! That song changed me and introduced me to them and I am forever grateful!! I saw them back in 2013 in Dallas and have seen them several times since then!! They EVEN came to my juice store after a show and I told them I was the manager. SUCH lovely people and I pray for they continued happiness and success!!

First song for me too, stumbled upon Brothers back in 2014 when listening to Spotify radio. Their music is dear to me. I have many favorites but I think their no. 1 song for me is Recuerda. Also, I love their Les Mis songs, hope they keep putting one in every album.

@@MuOhio it was! I had only heard a few songs by them at the time but liked them enough that I wanted to see them live. They blew my expectations completely out of the water.
