I have this screen and it is very impressive. 2 lights in the room beside my couch to either side of me and this thing just doesn't care! Excellent build picture quality.

I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!

Had this damn thing not even a year. Came home from work and it's a black damn screen. We have tried everything. THEIR SUPPORT ON THE WEBSITE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. I will NEVER get anything of this brand again. Piece of shit. Save your money

Literally the only thing I'm searching through all these videos for is how to put together the window sliders (to be fair, I'm sure mine is missing a piece since the landlord already had it in stock and then sent it to my apartment)... but I've yet to find a single video that has this step!!!

Whatever you do, don’t buy this unit. The WiFi app is no longer supported, the remote control lasted about 2 weeks, and no matter what temperature the heat is set to, it will heat the room a full 10 degrees hotter then turn off. This thing is total garbage.
