you are skipping step though and making cuts on recording while you progress on the materials for example without recording. thanks for uploading this, but if you gonna do cuts, is not a tutorial.

The more c4d videos I see the more I think c4d is more manageable than max, is it?

when I cache or make alembic from my voronoi fracture it produces really really bad results and basically ignores my nice setups. The non cached normal viewport playback version is perfect. But I need a cached or alembic version that works and actually represents my setup. I used rigid bodies with my voronoi fracture. obv cached them. produces random results.

Good tutorial! One question... when I apply the jiggle deformer without a vmap, it works fine. When I apply it and add restrictions with the vmap, my viewport (FPS) slow to a crawl! Shouldn't be a hardware limitation, my system is fairly new and pretty beefed up... plus cloth and other simulations run smooth as butter. Any idea why that would be?

Excellent! Can you suggest a trick for my animation? I have an object on a cube, the cube moves and the object falls and breaks. I tried On Collision setting but it stops falling. I tried Immediately, but it breaks while at the top of the cube before it falls. Any ideas?
