You need to add 4x the amount of salt to everything. 1/8th teaspoon of salt doesn't do much of anything. Salt the shredded potatoes then squeeze out water through tea towel. Then cook them 3x as long so they actually cook and are crispy and not raw. Add 5x the amount of parsley and skip the cream for a splash of water and a tbsp of oil. 3 teaspoons sour cream = 1 tbsp sour cream. Good idea though.

This looks very good, but why am I constantly seeing veggie cooking videos titled "Better/Tastier Than Meat?" So sick and tired of seeing that stupid excuse, when in fact many, many vegetarian recipes are so good ON THEIR OWN, they deserve NOT to be "compared" to "meat," especially in the abstract -- I mean, for example, what idiot would argue that eggplant parmigiana is "Tastier Than Meat!" if the meat in question is canned Spam? JUST SAY, THE VEGGIE RECIPE IS DELICIOUS - STOP SAYING "BETTER THAN MEAT!"

Really? ANY meat? I trust you do realize that Hormel Canned Ham is a thing, right? It is, at least legally-speaking, "meat." Trust me, it tastes way, way worse than zucchini.
