it requires PEWGF which is just frame in a just frame time period, and two just frame microdash cancels in a row, also it's character specific to miguel with his long legs, also a specific timing for rage drive (low splat) and specific delay on the last crouchdash input (cd4,1,~cd1). the only thing they nerfed is the low splat thing, so it just does like 40 less damage in total, all the hardest parts are still there
