Baby Sun rose or (Aptenia cordifolia) is a species of succulent plant in the Iceplant family. It's another named Iceplant. Thanks

Couple of the names weren't correct like the one you called ghost plant is an opalina and the one u called zade plant I'm sure you meant jade but it's an elephant bush or portulacaria afra.
