Can i control my iphone through a laptop or its ok to use like this? I mean after a video is done how do I share it with them? I have to remove the iphone every time or the envelope etc comes automatically on the phone for some seconds like it comes with classic photo booth? QR code is possible? Sorry for a lot of questions :)

Most of our customers capturing 360 with the iPhone will setup a sharing station on an iPad running our other app called LumaShare. LumaShare will download all the videos wirelessly and allow your guests to view and share them. See: dslrbooth.com/lumashare-sharing-ipad-app

Go to Settings, Sharing Status, SMS and check for errors. Also login to your Twilio console and see if there are errors there.

I use an Epson L8050 printer, why if I use DSLRBooth the print results are less than optimal? in terms of color and not detail? Do the settings in this video have an effect? When I don't use DSLRBooth, the Epson L8050 Printer can print images more optimally

That's not recommended as the iPhone/iPad camera is usually higher quality.

With dslrBooth, you can use two Wi-Fi cards. One to connect to the GoPro and one to connect to the internet for sharing. This is also much more reliable as the Wi-Fi connection to the GoPro will not disconnect and reconnect for every session.

Live view is mirrored so guests can see themselves on the screen as if they are looking into a mirror so they know which way to move. The final photo or video is never mirrored.

We don't support the Go Pro Max. iPhone is a much easier setup. GoPro is slightly higher quality but more complicated.

dlsr with gopro 11 that's too lag and cant run smooth like lumabooth when i use iphone 14 pro max. i try diffrent like pc and microsoft surface pro but still slow and lag.i hope gopro can use for lumabooth soon. thanks

It takes some time to download the footage from the GoPro to the PC over Wi-Fi. Using 5G Wi-Fi on the GoPro will speed up the download. Processing speed depends on the speed of your computer's processor. Shorter clips will process much faster.

Not all Wi-Fi adapters work well with the GoPro. The one we recommend is tested and works very well. It always leaves your first WiFi adapter so you can connect to the internet and share your videos over email, sms, QR Code at the same time.

I want the print photos and single photos uploaded to share, but not as a serial. Right now, customers can only see the thumbnail of the first single foto and they have to click it to be able to see the whole series of singles + the print Is it possible to set the print as thumbnail or even have all photos seperated? It's a hassle to explain everyone how to download individual fotos and it's annoying for them to click through everything

You can allow your viewers to download the entire album by going to fotoShare Cloud, Login, Open Album, turn on Download All setting.

@@ItsXaro93 The photos/videos are groups for each guest's sessions. This helps guests quickly find their session, otherwise, they would be scrolling through too many photos/videos. It's much more intuitive to group by session based on our user testing.

@@dslrbooth what do you mean with "session"? We had an event with templates that has from 2 to 4 photos per template. But I also want the original single photos available to download. Now, they are grouped together as 2 or 4 photos (that make up the final photo) But the "thumbnail" photonof that group is the first single photo, not the template with all 4 photos visible. That basically means you have to click through every group of photo if you want to find a specific photo instead of being able to detect it from the thumbnails. What I'm saying is that the order of the group of photos should not be "1, 2, 3, 4, template" but "template, 1, 2, 3, 4"
