Excellent segment, loved the architect’s design proposals and information. I just discovered your channel today- you feature fabulous properties- and earlier watched you showcasing this house for sale. I am an architectural designer and was immediately redesigning it in my mind, albeit without the existing floor plan shown to work with, how fantastic to see a such a refined design laid out. One of my favorite architects, Peter Pennoyer, showcased a wonderful 1928 Mediterranean in Seacliff with ocean views that I am a bit obsessed with, maybe you’ve been in it? I’m looking forward to watching more of your videos. Cheers!

only 3 full baths. that's a deal breaker. The price on this home is $9,800,000, almost $10 million dollars!!! the kitchen and baths need to be gutted. this is not worth it

Fact is, California is the most populous state in the Union and its economy is the 5th largest economy on earth, after Japan's economy. California and Californians are NOT shedding big tears, just because you Right Wing folks think Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, etc. are safer, richer, superior, or whatever you folks from alternate MAGA Universe may like to think.... Indeed, one of the main reasons why there are so many poor people living in the 5th largest economy in the world... is that California has more generous climate and social welfare, even for the very poor... so the state is serving as the destination for millions of people every year, including the very poorest (from poor states with little to no social services, like those just mentioned here). Who would want to move to Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, etc. if they're very poor... OR, on the opposite spectrum, if someone could easily afford a $10M to $20M homes by the beach.... who in their right mind would buy such a property in any of these deep, southern states? Okay, fine, YOU don't want to do it, even with $10M - $20M in your bank. You prefer Louisiana or Kentucky. No problem. There are 50 other buyers with 2 to 10 times your asset.... WANTING to buy that property that is overlooking the Gold Gate Bridge...

Half a dozen exotic cars and an executive helicopter came with it. Rand Paul is your next door neighbor, too. The world's most famous advanced Bible Research University is just down the road, half a mile from your mansion.

This is a beautiful, small apartment in a very safe area (Presidio Heights), but the HOA is $1133 per month (higher than surrounding units). Is HOA calculated by square footage? All this info comes from Zillow.

No recessed lights or radiant heated floors. Everything is so 1990 from the walls to the floors. The kitchen and dining room is a horror, but nothing could prepare you for the ugliness of the bathrooms which also have to be completely re-done. It would take almost a million dollars to update this entire house and yet they are still asking for over $6 million. And somehow it SOLD for over 11 MILLION!
