I believe they ship your order after a couple days, depends on when you order it I think. Since mine was a preorder they just send me an email when it ships and provided me with the tracking

the bottom of my set is a wargaming placemat, not sure if they have them on amazon I would imagine they would but I got mine from a local hobby shop, it has 2 sides, one grassland and one desert!
