I hope THIS HELPS someone like it did me. I read a comment from another clip that helped me and many others, so I remembered to come back and comment here as I saw many others suffering. Stretch your head to the back, then roll your tongue backwards and hit the upper part of your mouth as many as 100 times.

That was wonderful -- except for my neck (issues) the rest of my body totally relaxed WHICH is very unusual for me. Very Grateful. Eager to try this again tonight to help me get to sleep and shut my mind down. Thank you again. Will continue to follow.

My ribcage is SUPER COMPRESSED. I don’t have the ability to rotate correctly so that affects my walking. I feel myself walking like a penguin. And I’ve also started to lean forward when I walk.. I found out that’s also due to the loss of rotation. My chest is super compressed and my whole body just feels stuck. My body feels like a dry old Barbie doll. And I move like a kid making their doll walk

I've been in three car accidents in the span of 10 years, along with two 2 c sections in the last 6 years. This all makes so much more sense as to why im constantly stiff and achey all over!

Seeking a diagnosis is critical for people living in the real world since we need to get disability approved to maintain income. I do think you butchered it if you can't even pronounce it but made an entire video on it. I love the fascia work but you continue putting your foot in your mouth on these videos. I keep humming that song Insensitive a lot lately. Working on my vagus nerve while y'all keep gaslighting folks with horrible illnesses, the most abandoned diagnosis in the history of medicine.

My physio recommended franklin balls for me. They are so much softer and slightly larger than tennis balls... they work well. Anything else leaves me spasmed for days in unnecessary pain.

I really wish I was more brave. I feel like I have things at the surface, and things that are burried, and the combination of the two is going to eat me alive. It’s like I’m an inflatable raft dealing with an ocean of junk.

Thank you! this is validating my experience. I'm healing from childhood trauma and 36 year of labor intensive work that I tried to heal, even though I knew it was the fascia I couldn't figure out how to get the release. over the last month ive been releasing the dense fascia, as I understand it I hold my repressed emotions of a lifetime. after the release if I want the freedom to continue I work on changing my mindset.

I finally got around to trying as i figured out my knees caving inward and foot pain is likely related to my adductors, which I dont strengthen and it seems inner thigh stretching doesn't reach the problem area - the part near my knees!! Ouchy! Its odd as I developed this issue after doing hip abduction work and more deadlifts. I guess my adductors are weak. Thank you so much for sharing

That's so interesting that you've linked the planter's fasciitis with pelvic instability. When I had my IUD removed, my planter's fasciitis went away. So when someone has this, I suggest getting their uterus checked.
