( The car is an even overheating or hot) my son just filled it with a full tank and it’s kind of like vapor lock, so I gotta take it to my mechanic after I check everything as much as I can, I even have a premium AUDEW Super battery jump starter that can jump over 20 cars so I just let it charge the battery to see if that could help

The battery was the secondary issue. The fuel relay is stuck in the open position the fuel pump stays running and burns the battery. It's a relay that is soldered into the TIPM (fuse box)

People love throwing parts at cars and claim they are mechanics. If someone hasn't looked at your car they can't tell you for sure what is wrong. There are many things that can cause this issue. Just throwing parts at stuff will just make you wallets thinner. Blow the money on a multimeter instead then watch videos on how to use one.

well so i just thought that having no start no crank that i just had a bad starter so i got 1 an then looked up a video on how to get it out an easy way an seen ur video an thought doesnt hurt to try considering my battery was at 12 an it runs at 14 15v ... so i jumped the car an its alive so thanks for saving me time would have been money also if i would have just looked up before buying

Just go to a trusted auto parts store and have them test your battery, alternator, and starter. If your battery doesn’t have enough charge to test it, it’ll likely be the battery. Always start with your battery and go from there. I work at an auto parts store and we do this all the time, so we’re pretty familiar with a lot of cars.

I have a 2013 dodge avenger had the same problem I changed the fuse and it was still dying so I thought it was my starter almost changed that then I noticed my battery was leaking acid so I just got a brand new battery from Walmart and the problem was fixed

Battery terminals suck in these cars. Change them first. I went thru everything with my dodge journey. This worked. But it could be something else draining the battery. Good luck guys
