@@maryyyyy11111 yes! Give it a try, that’s the only way you’ll know 100%. 60 days of stretching daily and you’ll see an increase in height!

You’re a young man sir! Yes if you stretch you can increase your height a minimum of 2 inches!! Go for it! Keep track of your results every week! Stretch at least once a day, twice a day is EVEN better!!

i'm really sastified with these exercises, not only it's so relax but also feel i'm growing taller. I also impressed a lot by her height and weight omg, can say this is my dream body. However i'm a little bit wonder if i'm able to taller or not because i'm 1m62, 15 years old and did a lot of exercises about height but don't increase, people around me also tell me this is impossible, if have then just a little, please give me advises, thank you.

@@rabbiaakmal7629 realistically 5’4 if you stretch everyday, at least once a day for 6-12 months! 5’5 can happen, but I know for sure 5’4. If you were still having growth spurts, I’d definitely say 5’5 or taller. Don’t give up, be consistent, and your height will increase!

It's pretty hard to grow in the age of 17, you just need to be focused on your height before you turn 18 most of the growth harmons stop at the age of 18 so best of luck never give up 💕 May God bless you with the height you needed

AGE: 15 START HEIGHT: 158 cm START DATE: 22/10/24 GOAL: No specific height in mind, but I want to do this for 100 days. ✅-did it both times today ☑️-only did it once ❌-did not do it 💤-break day, won't count it towards the 100 days DAY 1 ☑️: i only did it once because it's late DAY 2 ✅: Extremely motivated to do it both times, hopefully this motivation stays. :P DAY 3 ✅: Nothing much to say for today, but i did it 🙂‍↕️ DAY 4 (158 cm)✅: Starting to become part of my daily routine- I've also decided to start keeping track of my height daily, it's probably not going to be incredibly accurate because i'm using a sewing ruler, but it's better than nothing right? 😭 DAY 5 ☑️: Really busy day, lots of things happening so I could only do it once sadly, currently not at home so i can't do a height measurement but i'd assume still 158 haha. DAY 6 ☑️: Same thing as yesterday, not at home and was only able to do it in the morning DAY 7☑️: same thing as past two days ❌sadly could not do it today ❌ 💤HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🎃💤 DAY 8 (158 cm)✅: Did it again today DAY 9(158 cm)✅: Yay DAY 10(158 cm)☑️: could only do it once today! DAY 11(158 cm)☑️: I have the worst paper cut ever on my hand and i just couldn't do it 😭 ❌: Couldn't do it today, too much studying had to be done.

(shiydf is really important) And after 1 month, I reached 172cm from 169cm.😍🏆Gaining 3 cm in 1 month is truly incredible. My dreams came true with #Shiydf I will continue to update the results every month, please remind me, okay?⬵
