any examples on translating this information to activities with remote teams?

Hi Nick, that's a great question! We have found that using a digital whiteboard (Miro or Mural for example) opens up a wide range of interactive activities for remote teams. Virtual dot voting, virtual sorting activities, having a place to gather questions to be addressed later, virtual ball toss, fist to five and virtual Gallery walks are just a few that immediately come to mind that translate well to the virtual environment. Other activities such as a chat storm (where you ask everyone to respond to a question in a short sentence or something similar and then everyone types the answer in and puts their hands up as a signal they are done and then on your cue, everyone hits the enter key at once), polling in Zoom or metaphor magic (everyone has 15-20 seconds to locate a physical item that is a metaphor for something they learned or even how they are feeling and then each person takes a turn to hold up the item up in front of their webcam to explain the metaphor to the group) tend to be better suited to the virtual environment. Be creative and do what you can to engage the group and keep sessions short if possible! Pen and paper activities are still valuable to use as well so don't discount some of the more "analog" ways to get and keep your group engaged. Here are some great resources (most are geared toward trainings but many of the ideas carry over to sessions/activities with remote teams : actineo.xyz/blog/is-live-virtual-training-helping-learners/ and secureservercdn.net/50.62.172.98/d86.98d.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/WakeEmUp.pdf

Pytanie do Marka, rozumiem, że ethworks zostało sprzedane, ale czy rekrutujecie dalej developerów? Niestety na stronie nic nie znalazłem :(

I was recently talking with somebody about so called "knowledge transfer" that happens in the kitchen. That can't happen remotely. But in general most of the things work well remotely.

Great interview! Very thought provoking, especially for me working in a hardware company :) Could you please share a link to the book and more insights about the Tesla production system?
