You can just sell them on black market. Press on the key, bottom right of the screen beside the X you'll see a little cart thing. Press that, then there should be 2 sets on numbers. The top number most of the time is but selling it to contact. I wouldn't suggest doing that if it's one of the expensive keys. The bottom number is the black market. That's what I sell expensive keys to. I always list it for 500-1k under the price that the lowest is. Only to get the key sold 🤣
