A legendary talent certainly cemented in history as one of the greatest songwriters. Graceland was a masterpiece and one of the best albums of the 80's.

Classic SONG by one of the best songwriters. I've spent the last year learning 'Bridge Over Troubled Water', since I've experienced all KINDS of troubled waters, having nearly died from a brain aneurism. My mom called both of my brothers and told them to hurry down to California if they wanted to say 'goodbye' to me beFORE I die. "You brother had a brain aneurism, and he's in a coma right now. The neurologist at Torrance Memorial Hospital, Dr. Smita, said her mentor at UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Vespa, could perform a new procedure, but you have to HURRY." Another neurosurgeon somehow found OUT about this new strategy, calls my wife and says, "I've been practicing medicine for 25 year so I know what works, and what doesn't work, and that procedure by Dr. Vespa will NEVER work!" My poor wife responded, "I'm CERTAIN you know more about this than I do, but we don't seem to have much of a choice!" Well, to make a long story short, the procedure DID work, but for the rest of my LIFE, I'm going to be quoted for what I said when I woke up and looked at the weeping woman at my bedside. When the medical team asked my wife of 17 year if I knew who this weeping woman WAS, I responded, "I'm not sure who she is, but I think I like her a lot." (Of course, I had no idea that I SAID this!😝) To hear a miraculous story SPEAKING hope withIN this 'sound of silence', search KZbin for "Charles Frank Kurtz", then spread word that miracles still happen to this very DAY! My being alive to even SAY, "Miracles HAPPEN!" is miraculous!!! (FYI: I now remember who my wife IS!!!🤣)

Paul at his best, such honesty in his delivery - the emotions on the faces around him tell it all. No glitz, no staage lights, just him and his guitar and that lovely song written by him.💖💖💖

A New York icon, twice now he pulled this off, the other in Center Field at Yankee Stadium. Hard to look classy with a baseball cap and a suit but Paul pulls it off.

I visited Ground Zero, and it was very emotional. People hugged and comforted each other. I will never forget being there. This is a beautiful song, by an incredible artist.God bless to all .❤❤
@robbrown46213 күн бұрын
Ground Zero is the memorial not only for the event of 9/11 but for all those who have died or have been harmed by those who seek power and vengeance. I am sure that someday there will be a memorial just like this in Ukraine for the deeds of Putin and his Russians and North Koreans. I know there is one of these in Jerusalem in regard to the Holocaust.

All for nothing. We have another insane administration that will cause the end of the f'ing world! Nobody learns from history or songs like this! Nobody! Glad I was not amazing enough to write it and sing it, I would be pissed that nobody learned! I get it and am just disappointed in everyone else.
