Great recipe thanks! I made this recipe but the only thing I’ve done differently was to use my instant pot to cook my sweet potato in 3 mins verses waiting an hour for it to cook in oven for an hour 😊

I don't cook salmon that often, did you keep it on high heat after putting the lid on the pan for a little bit or lower the heat? how long in total do you usually let the salmon cook for? I'm always anxious about overcooking it on accident haha
