To make something public is also to invite scrutiny. The artist should aim for their work to be of such masterful execution that it resists objective criticism, and can then find itself subject only and merely to expressions like, “It’s just not for me.”

Purple is linked to the occult. Together with leopard pattern, checkerbord (white/black), rainbow color. If you see these patterns together, there is definately something spiritual going on. Also it is no coincidence that Prince often was wearing purple - and one of his smash hits was purple rain. He was very much into the occult. Also his symbol of the mixture of women/man - just like the Baphomet creature. Going against Gods nature of the creation of man and woman.

I find the mixing of different videos to be distracting to the overall message ; realistically nobody is going to listen to a 5 hour video without a clear vision/timeline of the concepts or ideas. I know them because I watched your other videos that focus on one topic and therefore are much easier to follow (and shorter). This is just constructive criticism but I’d much prefer if you made shorter but more conscice and to the point videos. It would probably touch a bigger demographic as well. Your ideas are good. Let’s try to spread them in the most effective way possible.

I feel you're pain. Out of all the things throughout your many videos, it would be important to not understate how it can be lonely at the top of the abstract-thinking pool. Many people really are waking up, even KZbinrs to an extent, to the absurd atrocities of third-party algorithms/echo chambers. I saw a guy make a video guide about escaping KZbin addiction that was similar to what I had to offer in a few of my personal journals, Discord posts, and KZbin comment sections. Keep up the good work, man! You're reaffirming our struggles, as well as the conscientious people who write about these times, such as myself.

Do you still know the name of the video about quitting KZbin? I am currently trying to do it but it's hard, especially when good videos about it are burried under worse videos with more views. I really like your comment btw, really well said!

@@poisonedf Okay, I might make a video about my views, which are in par with the video that I watched regarding this issue, on my KZbin channel if you want. Since you asked: (Please don't be alarmed by the video title lol) *_Title:_* quitting your KZbin addiction is easy, actually

I mean it's not entirely wrong. When we take part in entertainment, we tend not to think of these things as much as we enjoy them. A better question to ask would be this, for sure: "How do we even become robots?" (edit: What are the plethora of ways we can become so-called "robots" besides the casual route of addiction?)

I completely agree with your points on the difficulty of accurate predictions, but I sometimes question what does that actually mean. What is our goal here. A lot of people are able to thrive without being able to be certain about everything, so it seems like it isn’t a huge impediment at individual level. Maybe it’s a problem at societal level, however that also seems questionable. We don’t need 100% certainty on all possible metrics to figure out that caring about the climate is probably a good idea. What does seem to happen is the use of figures and statistics to assert the “correct” idea to certain questions, which, as we stated, are very unlikely to be accurate predictions.

We elected a highly educated black man to be the POTUS. The GOP has never gotten over that and never will. They intend to punish the other side to the extent that they can. This system is bad strategy.

Not always something I practice, but I have found that when I get actively involved in an issue I care about, not just reading about it, it helps me interface with it in a meaningful way. The dread and anxiety, at least for me, comes from feeling powerless and harboring guilt. When I take an action like doing a creek cleanup for example, maybe I don’t solve climate change, but I’ve at least somewhat taken part in, and that alone helps ground me and my emotional response. Take care of yourself, Braden!
