@@matttm3 I edited a 4k video 20 mins long the export size is 75gb and it had 3 layers of 4k video with Ai usage and the computer didn’t stutter at all - dropping the video soon for reference

I have an M2 Pro 16" with 16 GB RAM. I was thinking of upgrading to an M4 Pro with 24 GB RAM which is more future proof for AI. Otherwise the M2 Pro is an excellent machine.

Great video, seems like you havent had tons of time to test it yet but adding a section of cons or dislikes in future videos would be helpful or even why you chose this over other offerings. I dig the all black esthetic, they should make a black pendant though, looks off when its white with the black camera!

I have the 16" M1 Pro MacBook Pro and to me I need at least 2x higher single core performance on geek bench score to even consider upgrading as I don't do video editing but still am a power user. I could use the 24GB RAM vs my 16GB however. I will wait another 2-3 years.

I’ve seen some Geekbench scores for m4 max and they are 2x faster but that’s a max out version but you’re on point that these chips are good enough to last you even 2 to 3 more years and still get the job done.
