Talaq occurs after two times if not reconciled within the given time frame of 3 months if given according to sharia...talaq will be issued...n if given 3 times hastily in anger n without consideration it is still issued but it's the most disliked way infront of Allah Swt...dont try to make that talaq as "not given r not issued"..as Allah Swt Says in Quran... اَلطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتٰنِ۪-فَاِمْسَاكٌۢ بِمَعْرُوْفٍ اَوْ تَسْرِیْحٌۢ بِاِحْسَانٍؕ-وَ لَا یَحِلُّ لَكُمْ اَنْ تَاْخُذُوْا مِمَّاۤ اٰتَیْتُمُوْهُنَّ شَیْــٴًـا اِلَّاۤ اَنْ یَّخَافَاۤ اَلَّا یُقِیْمَا حُدُوْدَ اللّٰهِؕ-فَاِنْ خِفْتُمْ اَلَّا یُقِیْمَا حُدُوْدَ اللّٰهِۙ-فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَیْهِمَا فِیْمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهٖؕ-تِلْكَ حُدُوْدُ اللّٰهِ فَلَا تَعْتَدُوْهَاۚ-وَ مَنْ یَّتَعَدَّ حُدُوْدَ اللّٰهِ فَاُولٰٓىٕكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ(229) ترجمہ: طلاق دو بار تک ہے پھر بھلائی کے ساتھ روک لینا ہے یااچھے طریقے سے چھوڑ دینا ہے اور تمہارے لئے جائز نہیں کہ تم نے جو کچھ عورتوں کو دیاہو اس میں سے کچھ واپس لو مگر اس صورت میں کہ دونوں کو اندیشہ ہو کہ وہ اللہ کی حدیں قائم نہ رکھ سکیں گے تو اگر تمہیں خوف ہو کہ میاں بیوی اللہ کی حدوں کو قائم نہ کرسکیں گے تو ان پر اُس (مالی معاوضے) میں کچھ گناہ نہیں جو عورت بدلے میں دے کر چھٹکارا حاصل کرلے، یہ اللہ کی حدیں ہیں ، ان سے آگے نہ بڑھو اور جو اللہ کی حدوں سے آگے بڑھے تو وہی لوگ ظالم ہیں ۔ Now they can chek their status of spreading knowledge....may Allah Swt grant us ways to spread Sadqa jaria instead of gunah jaria ameen
