They won't outright admit they were wrong though 😂 they've just said after we've lost millions were going back to how things were 😂 they know they fucked up, they know it didn't work so now they're going back to what to gamers actually want instead of what they want.

Nah I don't think they will either. I think those plot lines will just get some throw away dialogue in future projects and if they do get some resolution it won't be a big quest line it'll just be a mission and cut scene.

I think it was in there because they did intend to have some resolution to it like maybe another mini quest line in the now cancelled DLC similar to black cats father missions in the first games DLC. It honestly is a shame though. I would've enjoyed one of the dlcs being just about miles and he talks to Peter while Peter is off with Miguel's spiderverse crew, maybe has a quick chat with Peter during that scene where all the Spidey's are chasing miles. But yeah I don't think it's gonna be mentioned again now an it's just one of those throw away Easter eggs

Appreciate it brother. Man this game is so damn beautiful. People bitch and moan about playing as female protagonist characters, but, Aloy, the lead character in this game is one of those characters you get attached to and just wanna see how it all turns out.

@@GuyMusic21 as a gamer who's heavily opposed to live service I have to disagree. While I only played killzone 3 meaning I don't get a say on that franchise. However, I have played both horizon games and their DLCS and I can tell you. Forcing live service on the horizon games will kill it. Horizon is a well established story based game with characters stories that are followed by a series of events and choices in the game itself. I see no future in people looting and shooting each other in a game like horizon because it would just make the machines redundant and counterproductive... Thanks for stopping by appreciate it 👍

@@bray_way it's a turtle beach 😂 I even lower the volume of my audio in editing 😂 I'm only an amateur youtuber, I don't have the kit, money or resources for anything fancy so I'm stuck using the standard playstation controller jack and playstation share factory. Believe me, when I first started my mic was so much worse always cutting out and sounded gritty. I appreciate the feedback though as you're not the only person to say this. So I will look into this. Insomniacs Spiderman series Ghost of Tsushima Death stranding Red dead redemption 2 Just to name afew if it weren't for those and maybe afew more I might have agreed with you on it being pure slop. @@Yousefbarakat310 you have an excellent point. I can only think of 3-4 actual ps5 exclusives the rest have been ps4-ps5. Hay bright side at least the ps5 allows for ps4 backwards compatibility unlike the PS4 with PS3 games where the majority much like now to be honest, were just re released forcing us to buy them again. I remember when the PS3 came out, a bunch of games that came out on PS2 had been upgraded and received a new version on PS3 and it was like a totally different game (Rami Spiderman 3 for example) yet with the PS4 and ps5 they're essentially identical with absolutely no new features and it's just the same game... @@gamerdude7761 No Problem. Btw, there is a way to record good sounding audio without needing special equipment. I record my voice for my videos using my phone. I take out the case and place it on a surface putting it next to my voice. it sounds great so I think you could try it too.

@@sorosaltgaming thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I am limited to what I can do since I'm only using playstation capture gallery so I can't port the footage over to a PC or to my phone. My next video, I will try recording the audio with the headphones placed next to me instead of on my head and see if that makes a difference. Because honestly I didn't even think the audio was an issue, I know i sound kinda loud sometimes but I do edit the volume audio in the share factory before uploading.

@@gamerdude7761 I haven't got a ps5 as I don't see the point, I'm happy with my PS4 which I use only occasionally. But I play my quest 2 most days. From the first time I tried vr I was sold and largely gave up on flat screen games in favour. I now want to save up for a middle of the road gameing pc to power my quest.

@@James-Foster games have been increasing in price for years. I mean, as I said, I'm not insensitive I do understand why. Development is harder than it used to be and they need to turn a profit with the changing of the times. But, 70£ is absolutely ridiculous 50-60£ at a push. But 70£ is just gonna end up bankrupting the game industry because nobodys gonna buy them. I understand that's contradictory to what I just said about turning a profit but surely there are other ways to do that (as long as it's not live service games lol)

And if its an online game you need to spend an additional $80 a year if you want the privilege of being able to play the $70 game you bought.

I can't stress enough how they're charging AAA prices for these service games and because they're online only you have to pay the additional costs for playstation plus/Xbox live. Not to mention, when the servers for said games go offline you've bought a £70 paper weight... This is why I prefer games that have optional online elements like grand theft auto 5 for example or on the rare occasion I see a service game I want it has the option to also be played offline marvels avengers for example. @@James-Foster couldn't agree more. I can still play the Amiga/Atari/mega drive and still see beauty in those games. Because that's when real effort was made, games were actually finished at launch and if they had bugs, part of the fun was exploiting those bugs. Now the funs taken away because they're patched out with the age of the internet now controlling gaming. I've always been a playstation guy, but I played those older consoles before I even got a playstation and I have absolutely no regrets.

@@Bricksgaming710 exactly right. Like I said though, the industry is controlled by rich kids parents and the kids of those rich parents want the all online service game death matches... EA games said a couple years ago that "single player games were dead" yet they've done nothing since then but release single player games lol. Single player games generate much more profit and popularity than service games because we as gamers know a game that's finished at launch (minus updates/patches) is gonna be more enjoyable than a game that's unfinished and takes months for the story to be continued. Let's hope 2024 was just a bump in the road and experiment to see how well service games would be received. I will say 2025 is looking promising for the single player experience with things like ghost of Tsushima sequel GTA 6 etc.

The fact they're talking about the next generation of consoles already when this current gen is in so much trouble, is in of itself troubling.

pricing is how it is because of inflation. PS5 pro would probably have been $500 (PS5 and PS5 slim would be $300) but because of how the economy is world wide that'll never happen again. Also dont cry all your tears now, the next console generation will be at least a couple hundred more than what they are now.

Insomniacs Spiderman/ratchet and clank Guerilla games horizon dawn series Rockstar games red dead redemption series/GTA 5 (while played out after 11 years, can't deny it's become one of the biggest icons in recent gaming history spanning 3 separate generations) Rocksteadys batman Arkham series is something I could've only dreamed about when I was a kid playing games like batman begins or batman rise of sin Tzu Then you've got days gone (failed according to Sony but it was a massive world with plenty to do) Capcoms dead rising has evolved considerably over the years so much so the original game just got remade giving people hope that the series is returning. That's just to name afew. So I wouldn't say gaming hasn't gotten bigger and better. While there have been some absolute lemons and I am sick of the remakes/remasters. Ever since the PS3 games have only gotten better and improved massively without the use of PC gamers "improvements" with mods.
