Used this recipe and the cakes turned out amazing! Thanks Best to first bake for 45min and then check if it needs more time in the oven.

This dish brings back memories of when I was growing up as a child. It’s one of my favorite dishes and goes so well with some mashed potatoes. Oh so yum I’m going to have to make it soon. Thanks for the video

Hello Nour, I would like to add orange blossom water, can you tell me how much and when to add? 😊
@nourcookslebanese523Ай бұрын
Hello😃 I would add the orange blossom water during the preparation of the sugary syrup that the Namoura gets soaked in (just like in the video). For the amount in the video, I would add about 1 to 2 tsp of it just before you turn the heat off the sugary syrup.

Stuffed grape leaves originated in Turkeye and is always done with minced lamb not beef which gives more flavor.Its cooked in lamb bone broth and without tomatoes.The lemon is put at the end of cooking and no olive oil.

Hi Nour. My stuffing is hard, not soft what I might be doing wrong please? God bless...thank you
@nourcookslebanese523Ай бұрын
Hi, maybe you overstuffed it and undercooked it. Make sure to stuff it with the amount mentioned in video, because the rice will absorb water and will need space to swell. And at minimum you should cook it for at least 2 hours. Also, make sure the rolls are fully immersed in the broth. This is important, otherwise the stuffing will not be cooked through.

@nourcookslebanese523 thank you so much. Made them again, and this time they were perfection...

Measurements for salad ingredients? Thank you.
@nourcookslebanese5233 ай бұрын
Hi Donna. Of course. For the Salad: - 1 romaine lettuce - 1 big roma tomato - 4 green onions - 2 small sized cucumbers - 3 radish - 1 carrot that I like to shred Optional: Also my mom adds a handful of shredded red and green cabbage and half green bell pepper. For pita chips: added like crouton (a handful) For dressing: the juice of 1 lemon, Extra Virgin Olive equal (equal amount to lemon), 1/2 tsp dried mint, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 2 minced garlic cloves and if you have 1/2 tsp sumac and a tbsp of pomegranate molasses :) Please let me know if you have any other questions :)

You need to finely chop 2 or 3 pieces of garlic and add a handful of dried mint before you cook the beans and tomatoes.
