Uma grande música de Mike Scott/ Waterboys muito bem interpretada mas ainda assim aquém da performance original que é insuperável !

Been loving this song since I bought the album on Charing Cross Road back in the 80s. Lucky b*st*ards who were in the audience that evening.

from Greece with love, for those who have light within them. For those who seek the truth.Prayers to Theos Panas. The connection of everything. Dear Pan and others, whatever gods you dwell here, grant me to have inner beauty and whatever outer things belong to me to be in harmony with my inner beauty. May I consider only the wise man rich, and may I have as much gold as is sufficient for anyone but the prudent to bring and use." PLATONAS, Phaedros 279 B.

Wow, this was hiding in plain sight for 11 years. I was there. They had a warm up that night who was a punk poet but I can’t remember who it was. I thought it was Attila the Stockbroker, but he swears he wasn’t there and says he would definitely remember. So I am intrigued to find out who the mystery (in my head anyway) poet was!
