Is it common to drastically lose velocity with the new barrel? I have my L3I barrel installed and it’s grouping great, however my velocity with sk rifle match is 100-150fps less then normal. Is this something that will improve as the barrel breaks in?

Just to add some more data to your feedback. My action depth is 1.239 and shank length of 1.194 so the "natural" head space is .045 (which is .001 closer to ideal than factory). So ordered some bolt shims. Had I gotten that barrel would have been perfect.

We are going to make right and left hand versions. We wanted the main chassis body to be as stiff as possible so we decided to only make a bolt knob cutout on one side.

Great design but Is that bottom change OK to do under NRL22 rules for production class?

The rules do not specifically address bottom metals, they allow for “accessories” but only name a few examples. Allowing aftermarket triggers is definitely more of an advantage than a bottom metal, so I would not see why they wouldn’t. I would email [email protected] and confirm their stance.

The is PET protector with a 9H Shatterproof Glass-Like coating. It is more durable than a Tempered Glass protector.
