In the case of the United States, the USMLE can be sit, so there shouldn't be issues. However, how about European countries or those that require a license or registration through a recognition process? In the Philippines, it seems that foreigers are not allowed to take the medical licensing exam or register for a license. As a result, it might not be possible to obtain the necessary proof of licensure, posing a risk of rejection even after graduation.... Are there many international students? At the least, studying in the Philippines from Europe or other developed countries seems to carry significant risks.

Can you vlog something useful?

I've watched a resident doctor here in America also doing vlog about his residency. He tries to cook and even managed to squeeze in working out. I saw that you're eating all unhealthy foods too. I didn't realize that doctors in the Philippines get compensated less. I've heard that some podiatry doctors here in the US gets 100K to 200K dollars per month.

Philippines is expensive to live. I find it is cheaper to live in NZ.
