What's not working with the Crown Vic front end? There's a guy that makes narrower tubular control arms if clearance when aired out is the issue.

The track with is definitely the issue I’ve run into. I know there are options for narrowed control arms I’m just going in a different direction

Just fyi for anyone wanting to do this. Compare prices of older broncos and you’ll find quickly that the money is spent on trucks and broncos that haven’t been hacked up like this.

I replace any of the rusty metal on the inside before I put the patch on

Just the header panel, bedsides and tailgate will be new. The bedsides and headers panel came from auto metal direct

I’d paint it an industrial white to help keep it bright in there. Then as funds are available have someone paint a wall length mural of a (your) finished Highboy. Congratulations on the new shop.

Im not a fan of any seat that has those side bolsters on them. The center section that my butt sits on is usually way too narrow. Bench seats are the best.

Did you rebuild the original wing windows or buy new? If new, where did you buy them from? I have my doors totally apart right now for paint and was hoping to find a great solution for the wing windows.

I bought completely new ones from LMC and they went in great! The suggestion I would make is get a rivet nut tool. It will make the install way easier

Why did you get the steel grill instead of the aluminum grill? Is it a better quality? Does it weather better than the aluminum? And what's the price difference? Thanks.

I believe the quality would be about the same. I went with the steel grille because it has been chromed so it should match the bumpers better (and I wanted the pop). The price difference is $100.
