Which shop was that? Just so I never order from them. I'm glad you got it in one piece and it was fine, but the packaging is awful.

The last guitar I purchased was an expensive Knaggs SSC and it was shipped in its case and inside two boxes with the word FRAGILE all over the box so that was fine, however, when I went out to meet the Fed Ex delivery guy I walked in to his truck to watch him look for it and there was all kinds of heavy boxes and packages on top of it, to the point where he thought it wasn’t on his truck. I asked him to please take another look as tracking numbers say it’s on his truck and out to be delivered. He finally found it and luckily the guitar and case are fine but damn those guys do not respect any packages.

Looks like that neck may have an unnecessary shim in there. Good work!

I had to do the same thing. Also the black cherry is amazing. That’s also the color I picked and I was able to find an amazing looking top. Also fretwork is amazing playability is great. Can’t believe the quality of this guitar for $569. they’re great, everyone get one while you can for that price

You dont need to take out the saddles. Just loose the adjustement screw enough to be abble to flip them in their side, instead of completely remove them😉

The NEW neck and bridge pickups my be very different from the old one and need very different adjustments. If they are just like the old pickups... maybe no change. But if either pickup that is new is different the adjustment will be new....

Oh man, my first impression thoughts were it was packed well, that guitar just floating in all that bubble wrap. Glad it was delivered ok. Good sound, nice playing.
