I want to know why the step mom is more invested in this boy's treatment than the biological parent? This boy probably picked up this "beyond trashy" obsession before she ever set foot in his life. The father is incredibly apathetic and passive and it gave the perpetrator free reign in this child's life. If a complete stranger can see that situation with that adult was inappropriate ;how did the father not realize it?

Even grandparents can be bad people! When they have more children she just screwed herself...I'm sure this couple will protect them from her ..she's racist against the mother ..being a good grandparent u support the parents and their decisions with THEIR children...everything these parents do with their child is twisted and judged...to benefit the grandparents...default judgement is "they didn't show to fight the case" it means nothing ..grandma lost control of her son....so dhe attacked knowing how much he loves his child...

Additionally there's different levels of speaking to I know the old old fashioned was the belt in the switch and I'm sure we got the belt occasionally but most of the time it was just the hand from what I remember. So it's not really a whooping is a hit on the butt I don't really consider that corporal punishment. Obviously with belts and switches and that stuff that's a different scenario

I do believe there's an age limit on the spanking I mean I get Dr Phil's theory but I will speak as a child and I don't think it really affected me one way or the other. It might have at the time but I hardly remember. The only time I remember that did not happen is when my dad wanted to do it as a teenage I'm a female me to pull my pants down and do it I'm like no that's not happening. You can do whatever else you want to do but I'm not pulling my pants down it's like a 16 year old female for you to Walk me with a belt. So I definitely think there's an age limit on that but aside from that attempt I don't really ever remember just the fact that I was hit on the butt and so I don't think it did to me one way or the other
