It’s definitely a very tough situation to your friend as well due to the confusion & accusation. Moments like this in life can be pretty strange & complicated. if you have the og email that u used to create the account just send a support form to reset the email back to that than change ur password

Dont think that's even possible. You can't reset the password if the verified email address is changed.

@OG_Katakuri i meant you change the password after you tell roblox support to reset the email of the account back to the original email used to create the account, because they can still see the og email and location of where the accounts been logged in it's not hard to tell you've been hacked. Which is why if people sell roblox accounts (which you shouldn't because it's against TOS) accounts with unverified emails are worth A LOT more because if you buy an email verified one and change the email, the person with the OG email can always get it back by contacting support

Because it's not hard to tell you got hacked, roblox can see ur original email and places the accounts been logged into. It's why if people sell roblox accounts ( which you shouldn't because it's against TOS) unverified accounts will always be worth a lot more than accounts with an email verified because even if you change the email, the person with the original email can always contact support to get the account back

@OG_Katakuri just say like you've been hacked and the email for the account has been changed, and you can tell them the original email you used to create the account as proof that the accounts urs and if you have bills that would also help and ask them to reset the email, it might take a few tries but it should work

you should get gem character power cause she is one of the best gem characters maybe even better then speed or gem sjw in terms of dps cause she is better at raids for early mid game players
