my friend, you are looking at this from 1 side only and that is financial gain. armory passes are meant for players who play the game often so getting stars is not work. you just play like usually and activate the passes. main goal of armory seems to be Valve testing a new way to release skins on the market. now amount of skins is tied to how much people actually play the game which is smart way to go about it. like that they also reward the people who actually play the game. although armory content is not yet said to be removed.. it will one day get removed for sure and then all the items from it will slowly start to get more expensive. so the goal for the armory in the end is not for players to profit massively. its just a new way to get new skins and content for the game.

armory pass is not new; it's just the same as broken fang and riptide without challenges and operation maps. The difference is they make it more addictive by activating more than 1 pass and a limited-time item.

@@nonMetalife it is absolutely new in the way skins are created. other operations you could buy stars and get skins. no playing was needed to buy more skins. with armory pass only way to get stars is playing. this reduces the number of skins that get added to the game a lot.

I agree with some of what you're saying, but the cases are going to be worth it if you sell them directly. The only possible way to obtain a Gallery Case is to both spend money and play the game. $0.80 and roughly 14 minutes for each case. Nobody in their right mind would list a Gallery Case on the market unless it's for a solid profit. It cost them time and money to acquire in the first place. Demand will be high as there are always lots of people trying to unbox cases and they may not be willing to play the game for all the time required to earn those cases themselves. The 7 day hold on items will also choke the supply of cases being listed some. I think they'll sell for quite a good amount early on, then later stabilize to somewhere around $1.

nah. buying and selling the case will allways be profitable. dreams and nightmare is always above 1€ even thogh supply is insane on these. as long as this case sells for at least 1€ you will make profit. i dont see it going under 1,5€ tbo.

Great vid. The new 7 day trade ban for the items REALLY made people forget. I bought two passes to earn and participate with the system but not expecting profit. I will buy the skins I prefer like the A4 Turbine and the MP9 Tri Arctic when they hit markets in the next 1-2 days

If you buy the items in the market right away then they are expensive af. Wait 1 or 2 months, they should be a lot cheaper then.

i spent a few stars on everything but i will redeem the most cases i can. they can easely make profit over time. i believe its the safer item to forget in a storage unit. and for me the biggest dark arean about this "operation" is the time that it will be in the game, let´s see.
