Hello @MalayShah-m1m, In which city are you searching for preschool ? While selecting a preschool please check these points : • Safety : Safety in the preschool, like sharp edges should not be there , corners of furniture...etc should be checked. • Location: Locality around the preschool, it should not be dirty, it should not be very crowded and it should not be at very alone place. • Sunlight: There should be enough sunlight , preschool should not be dark. Walls should be of subtle colors not very dark color walls which create negativity in the preschool. • Ratio between Caretakers and kids There should be proper ratio between caretakers and kids. It should not be like that one caretakers is handling many kids. • Floor: Floor should be safe , if kid fall down he/she should not get hurt. • Male Staff Attitude: Male staff attitude, how they are looking at kids , how their body language is? In this Mother Instinct is best , If your mother instinct says this male staff attitude is not good , believe in that . • Training of Staff: Ask query in preschool that how the training has been given to staff. are they well trained ? • Registration of DayCare/preschool: Check the registration of preschool through which organization has been done ? • Camera coverage: There should be CCTV coverage of kids activity , so that if something happens , you should get proper coverage of incident . • Transport and staff in Transport: There should be female staff in transport mandatory. How she is behaving with the kids ? how she responds to parents? Are kids comfortable with her ? • Play Area: Check indoor and outdoor play area , and what is school's curriculum to allow kids in outdoor play area.
