I'm also in Victoria and have been a member of the 'Loyalty Program' since my first purchase from Dior Online. I was meant to receive a full-sized lipstick, yet they were sold out and I received nothing. Despite spending thousands of dollars between Dior Online and from a store I now mostly deal with, I have only received one gift and that is the one you have displayed of the mirror and mini-Icône lipstick. I was notified that I had reached Silver Tier only this year, but never have received a birthday gift. I made a considerable purchase recently, several actually, that then pushed me to Gold Tier. I have no idea which tier that this gift shown above is meant to reflect. From the thousands spent, they have only ever gifted the lousy tiny samples from the Online Store and that's when they actually have them in stock! Many a time have I recieved either one 2ml perfume or nothing at all despite spending many hundreds in one hit. I've been absolutely disgusted by the so-called Dior Loyalty Program and feel that they should honour all that they have promised. Just to clarify, the gift that you are showing as a birthday gift was not sent for a birthday. I have never received anything for a birthday despite entering this when first joined. Sure, the mirror is beautiful and I'm very happy with the lipstick and shade, as I prefer to take this size in my handbag. I have been spoilt by the lovely staff from Capital Grand who have been so very helpful and wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately, they do not stock the Backstage Range, which I purchase Online. To be honest, I was totally overwhelmed just to receive a gift from the Loyalty Program from Dior. For all I know, it may have been gifted due to the amounts I've been spending from the store itself.🤷🏼‍♀️ I have no issue with Dior, the products or staff, only the disastrous 'Loyalty Program'. Glad you like your gift and a belated Happy Birthday.🇦🇺💖👩🏼‍🎨

Wow so many freebies lucky you I went to Highpoint last week to pick up my silver gift and I made purchase with 20% off and the SA gave me only one sample of foundation apparently only that one they had left. I am not sure if she was telling the truth or she was laying.
