I like Magnet breathing as a concept hehe, so: Generally, it is a style that mixes heavy attacks with as much speed as possible. The user needs to have incredible muscle all over the body, as their attacks use the full body power to swing the weapon. Legs, core, arms, all muscle is used to bring the weapon down onto the opponent. (Strong big attacks from stone breathing + thighs and calves from thunder) The style brings the user into incredibly close quarters with the opponent. For the opponent, it feels like they are being pulled right into the path of the blades, with the mirage (like the water from water breathing or fire from flame breathing) looking like dark purple(almost black) heat waves, disturbing the visibility of the users weapon and which way it's going. Because of how close the user is, they get a lot of injuries and this style has the highest mortality rate. However, the close range and constant attacks with it's many forms (16 as you wrote), the opponent is unable to use many special techniques or long distance attacks, making any special BDA useless if not activated quickly enough (which is usually useless because of Kidd being a Hashira).
