Hola! En algún lugar indicas que la práctica del chi-kung Shaolin del Cosmos basta con dos tandas de 10-15 minutos/día... ¿Esto incluye el tiempo posterior en el que hay flujo de Chi, o es sólo el tiempo de performance del/los ejercicios? Te pondré un ejemplo de hoy: hice el círculo taoísta por 12 minutos (unas 30 repeticiones), y al finalizar tuve 6 minutos de flujo de chi.. Que suman 18 minutos, pero de ejercicio puro y duro, fueron doce no quince.. Gracias por tu contenido y respuestas, feliz fin de semana!
