I learned about the AT in 2017, when I happened to stop in Fontana on a road trip to Florida. I found your AT vlog shortly after. I remember 2 things; how relatable you were and how genuinely happy you seemed in your videos. You convinced me that I belonged on the trail. I thru-hiked the AT in 2022, then hiked the CDT in 23. Now I work in the mountains of Montana and plan more (slow) travels around the world. My life is a lot different than it was in 2017, and I am a lot happier. So, this is a long overdue thank you. Thank you for all your videos. ✌
