Beau Enterprises. Thanks so much for this vid as it deals out a WEALTH of information. The order of precedence is something many do not observe and in order for brevity will not mention other elements.and benefits. Beside hauling, I feel more prepared to request plow operation thus ensuring more work through the snow months. Thanks so much kind sir!

T66 plus a heavy implement like a snowblower plus Ram 3500 plus 14K trailer puts it at max weight for a non CDL setup. The T76 is too heavy.

You did a GREAT job! We learned a lot! The best part is there were some points we felt like it was the way we do things, such as "... at this point I remembered I have to put the dust shield on!" Thank you!

Just like with mounting, use the press arm to get the bead in the drop center before trying to dismount, also Amazon has a bucket of magnum balance beads for 100 bucks, good quality and they also have an app that you can use to tell you how many ounces of beads go in each specific tire

I like that playground idea, looks nice. You should consider getting yourself a few ground protection mats. They would have probably paid for themselves on that one job, saving you all of that follow-up repair. You can work your way out of the project with the mats, and it would look like you were never there. The track skids would float right over that soft ground if mats were down. I've seen them at equipment rental shops if you want to try it next time, maybe someone has them in your area. I've been on jobs where it's 4 hours to do the job then a day to fix the damage that we did doing the job, not anymore.... We got white 4×8 Blue Gator mats, and they are well worth the investment once you see what they can do for you on a job like this to save tons of labor.

I need help with part numbers for this kit. This matches my machine but everyone wants to sell me a threaded version based on my serial number
You have the front nose of the deck too low when you’re mowing, that’s why you’re rutting hard w the deck. It actually works better if you have it just a bit higher so it won’t dig as much and so there’s more air flow to suck the debris up into the blades more. Stresses the bobcat out more as well as it constantly has resistance on it from the deck digging… the bumper plates are supposed to be off the ground not digging into it all the time, you’ll wear those out fast too they’ll get holes in em. And when you’re backing up you have to tilt the deck up a hair cuz it digs more. If you don’t wrap the hydraulic line w protective hose wrap it will bust from rubbing.. I have about 1000 hrs in exact setup

I was interested in this video until you reckoned solid mounted tracks are more stable. Torsion suspension keeps more traction over rougher surfaces and keeps the chassis more stable so you stay on grade over rougher surfaces to a point.

If I were to build such a platform from scratch, would it make sense to level the crossmembers with the main rails to lower the height and center of gravity on the platform, or do these two guide rails need to protrude some height?
@BeauEnterprisesInc7 ай бұрын
No, for 2 reasons. 1, at least for switch n go they need to be up for the body to slide on the hoist subframe. It would not clear or lock properly. 2, the cross members get their strength by not being cut on the middle. If you were to take a piece of to make everything flush it would definitely weaken the strength of the body

I bought a 15’ wide metal pless last year (9’ plow with 3’ wings) for our 6 ton wheel loader. I would guess it does the work of 4 trucks and greatly reduced our salt usage. The carbide edges show zero sign of wear. The only issue is as that it scratched concrete on residential driveways and the joystick required 2 hands to operate while driving with your knees. I would never go back to plowing with trucks.
