An observation from your neighbor across the pond: "VI SES I MORGEN" I'm not sure of the original interpretation of this haunting Norwegian music video was. I believe there can be as many interpretations as there are viewers. But, as I look around at the world today, I see the bride and groom as our once great Western Civilization and the driver, the shotgun, and the car as the forces of evil that inevitably destroy them. They are on a lonely road and, there is no knight in shining armor riding a white steed to save them. The sky is foreboding. The driver is menacing. Once the couple is gone, they are buried by their executioner never to be seen again on Earth. There is a glimmer of hope that they will be united once they are gone, but that is little consolation to those left behind. A bit morbid but take a realistic look around. I know - but few believe it. This is our downfall. Such is the world of distraction and trivia. This music video is truly a masterpiece in every way. Such a pity that so few have seen it. So few have taken the time to view it. But, this viewer sees its greatness. Takk, kjære venner. All min kjærlighet til Sigrid.

Sigrid has a real knack for finding musicians who don't just strum chords and play notes, they create a musical landscape for her to wander in, like the North Wind blowing down the valley.

Whenever I feel sad I put this song on. Sigrid is like my mom singing me a lullaby.

I love the video of Sigrid teaching Norwegian. It is hilarious and the part about being desperate for 'something to smoke' is too swaggy.

I love the movies 'My First Summer' and 'I Kill Giants' the sound here reminds me of the pain of Claudia and Barbara's isolation before they find their friend and girlfriend.

Their fashion here is so feminine and elegant. Gorgeous.

I love the line of I can't take this anymore which i also take to mean this animal. Or the animal urge to go red from heartbreak.

Is Si-Grey a lesbian. When they touch the statue of the ideal dude in strangers it has a jokey quality too it.

I ❤ this song but it is heartbreaking because it is like the feeling of two teenage girls from Alesund who have been separated for what feels like forever.

Si-grey Raabe's work as a teenager is preferable to me. It expresses more vulnerability and heart than their later work which is too sexualized and overvolted.

Known you forever You always tought that you were so cool and clever Somebody managed to fool them off I wish that you for once would realise, realise Wooah that every time we hung out There was a special tension in the air And i would listen to your sad, sad stories About that girl you had to realise, realise Wooah, that another one missing what we used to have Don't pretend that things are different You're not some kind of king Wooah we are never gonna be what you wish for And I I can't take this anymore Can't take this Anymore You told me once, you told me twice And twice I did not give an answer This was ment too, and got a little akward I wish that you for once would realise, realise Wooah that another one missing what we used to have Don't pretend that things are different You're not some kind of king Wooah we are never gonna be what you wish for And I I can't take this anymore Can't take this Anymore And I I can't take this anymore Can't take this Anymore
