Mine have 244 , used her like that since her release , basicaly to cleave rta , such as using easy to counter openers like flan then using cermia , and now the anti ban is there , its even easier 😅

Celine's buff from the last balance patch gave her stealth turn 1 and stealth on S1. So her old Stealth on S2 EE changed to "stun on S2"
