Agree. I pack multiple mini clocks to have around....bedroom, bathroom... because my family and I always lose track of time. It's still a challenge though.

Ha! We are the same. Multiple clocks with multiple alarms scheduled. ♥ ⏰

something i noticed is that ive grown close to ppl very fast when were going through shit together. it is something i find rly sweet, you can be with a stranger and once something happens theyre so fast to look to their side and basically take your hand to go through it together lol not saying its perfect, but its nice that its our nature to look for somebody else to support and be supported and make tense things easier

This is definitely not ADHD related. I mean I know it's just a short but people can easily think that everyone with ADHD, ASD, or AuDHD are gossipers. As someone with AuDHD I despise gossip. And not to mention that there's a huge difference between gossip and complaining. Two very different things. I might indeed complain about how difficult something is, for example: motherhood, but I'm not gonna gossip about someone. That's low life type of behavior.

Big disclaimer: gossip is good. It is okay. But dont do it in front of other coworkers. Don't say mean things about others where other people are. Because those people know if you do it with them you will do it with anyone. It makes the work environment insafe
